The Integral Yoga Centre in Gibraltar is where SIS oringinally was inspired. Nalanie Chellaram established the Integral Yoga Centre in 1989, her motto is Live to Love, Love to Serve. The centre runs solely on donations and volunteers, so once the overheads are covered, the rest is always donated to local or international charities. 

All the Yoga teachers and adminastration team kindly give their classes and time for free.
