Nalanie was born in 1954 into a distinguished , leading family in Hong Kong, the Harilelas. Nurtured by very spiritual Hindu parents and educated at a Catholic Convent school, she grew up in the presence of a close family friend, who. unbeknown at the time, was to have a deep and lasting influence in her life. This frequent visitor and friend was Sri Swami Satchidananda, her Beloved Gurudev.

Born in London, moved to Portugal as a young child. Following her studies moved to London where she worked at Gucci for 3 years as PA to the manager. She returned to Portugal to follow her love of Yoga, In 2002 became a Certified Integral Yoga teacher. Now teaching regularly, specializing in therapeutic yoga and for children with special needs.
Luckshmi has traveled around the globe extensively learning about different cultures and helping in voluntary projects with children.
She is dedicated and enthusiastic member of SIS, serving where ever needed.

Rev. Prem Anjali, Ph.D., is an Integral Yoga minister and served as Sri Swami Satchidananda's personal assistant for 24 years. She gratefully continues to serve her Guru as a member of SIS, editor of Integral Yoga Magazine and as co-founder of Integral Yoga Communications and Media. She also serves on the Integral Yoga Publications Board, has produced the film, “Living Yoga: The life and teachings of Swami Satchidananda” and is a senior archivist for Integral Yoga Archives.

Senthil was born in Kandy in 1961. Parents late P. Shanmugam and Dhanalakshmi both devotees of Gurudev. P. Shanmugan being trustee grew up spending many week ends in Kandy Thapovanam (Swami Satchidanda's first Ashram). Senthil was educated at Trinity College, Kandy. He started his working carrier in Sri Lanka in 1979 as management trainee. He worked in retail trading, hospitality industry and finally pursued a carrier in Logistic and International transportation. Senthil served in Sri Lanka '1980 1996 for Multinational Companies.
In 1996 Founded Expo Freight in partnership with Expolanka Group. ( www.expofreight.com , www.expolanka.com). Currently serve as MD and Groups COO transportation Div. Senthil lives in India and is supporting SIS with various projects. Senthil is the team lead for the Thiruvalluvar Tamil High School |

Was born in Stockholm, Sweden. Studied languages in Sweden, England and Germany, and worked as a multilingual secretary and translator in several countries. Moved to Portugal in 1968, where she worked in various commercial and educational enterprises, eventually setting up her own business.
Studied art for some years and coordinated and organized exhibitions at a museum in Lisbon. Stopped working commercially in 1993, and has since then dedicated her life to organizing courses, workshops and lectures on self improvement and integrated medicine, combined with fund raising for various
charities. Since 2002 she is a student of Nalanie Chellaram's, and practices yoga and meditation.

Born in Brussels, Belgium, now living in Spain.
Marina has traveled extensively for six months around Europe and Asia, mostly India, learning experiences about different cultures, their customs, food, traditions, spiritualism, etc. Marina has 2 successful fashion boutiques “Pret a porter” for woman and men that she opened with her husband. In 2005 became a Hatha Integral Yoga teacher, and after that a Raja Yoga teacher. Following on that path, wanting to help others less fortunate in Nepal.
Marina founded Vida Util, a Spanish-based non-governmental organization that provides education sponsorships and medical resources to people in Nepal who otherwise would not have access to such support.

Krsna Harilela was born and raised in Hong Kong before heading to the UK to further education. On completing her degree at the University of Bristol she started work in media production before joining 24 hour news channel CNN International in 2001.
Krsna continues her work as a journalist and contributes her multimedia skills to SIS. She is also an enthusiastic member of the fundraising team

Hersha Chellaram has studied yoga under the loving guidance of Sri Swami Satchidananda since she was a child, and has taught yoga in New York, India, Hong Kong and Spain. She is certified in Integral Yoga’s Basic and Intermediate Hatha, Raja Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Cardiac Yoga. She has also contributed articles on yoga and health to various publications, and offers a program called Corporate Karma, designed to bring balance back into the workplace. She has volunteered for a number of charities with communications, public relations, fundraising and website support.

Swami Lalitananda trained for 28 years under Sri Gurudev and lived in His Ashrams and IYIs for 20 years, serving in various capacities, including Ashram President, International Branch Coordinator.
Currently based in Coimbatore where she is conducting weekly satsang & kirtan at the IYI and participates in their ongoing programs. She also serves the community at large, receiving several requests to speak and teach at various schools and colleges and addressing local clubs and service organizations.
Swami Lalitananda became the Coimbatore representative of SIS, with her focus being distributing financial assistance to students who might otherwise not be able to continue their education and graduate.

| Shanti Alman |
Shanti is a certified Integral Yoga teacher. She has been trained to teach Hatha Yoga at levels I and II and Raja Yoga. Her teacher Nalanie Chellaram, is a student and disciple of Sri Swami Satchidananda.
She is also a certified Cardiac Yoga Teacher, having studied under Dr Mala Cunningham, Ph.D. She has also taught Creative Visualization, helping people relax through Deep Relaxation, Pranayama and Meditation. She has also taught children and teenagers. Shanti has the great privilege of traveling all over the world with Nalanie Chellaram, serving wherever is needed.
Together with Denis Valerga, Shanti has put together a CD called 'Total Peace'. This includes relaxing music, rolling oms and positive affirmations (by Sri Swami Satchidananda and Nalanie Chellaram, read by Shanti).
